• Open the REMC Membership Application below (3 pages)

• Fill out the online fillable Membership Application (make sure to save to your computer, then print the form)

• Sign page 1 & 3 of the Membership Application (the application is not complete without page 3 signed)

• Have your two sponsors sign the Membership Application

• Mail completed Membership Application and payment to REMC c/o Barbara House, 10417 Cedarsong Road, Nevada City, CA 95959. Please make check payable to REMC
